1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, using, or obtaining any content, data, materials, information, products, or services through Sunfortzone ("we", "our", "us", or the "Site", operated by Sunfortzone), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please discontinue use of our site immediately.

2. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of the Service, including paid premium subscriptions, you must register for an account by completing our sign-up process (e.g., via Google OAuth). You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.
Accounts are intended strictly for your personal, individual research use and may not be shared or transferred without our prior written consent.

3. Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 10-Day Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a ten (10) day free trial to the Premium Service starting from the date Sunfortzone activates your trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the 10-day trial without being charged.

3.2 Subscription Renewal: If you do not cancel your subscription before the 10-day trial period expires, your regular subscription term will start automatically, and your payment method will be charged through our Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy) for the subscription fee in effect at that time. Unless you cancel prior to the end of your billing cycle, subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of equal duration.

3.3 Cancellation Request: You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a written cancellation request via email to sunfortzone@gmail.com or through your account settings dashboard. Cancellation requests submitted via email must include your full name and the registered email address associated with your account. We will process your cancellation within 48 hours.

3.4 Refund Policy: Once billed, subscription charges (both monthly and yearly) are final and non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-term cancellations. Canceling your subscription stops future auto-renewals, and you will retain full access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period.

3.5 Plan Changes (Upgrades & Downgrades):

Plan Upgrades: When you upgrade your subscription plan (e.g., from Plus to Pro), the upgrade takes effect immediately, and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Plan Downgrades & Cancellations: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-term plan downgrades. When you downgrade your plan (e.g., from Pro to Plus) or submit a cancellation request, the downgrade or cancellation will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will retain full access to your current plan features until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use our Site strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are explicitly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

Automated Data Scraping: Using any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process, or means to access, monitor, extract, data mine, or index any data, text, software, or content from Sunfortzone without our express prior written permission.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code or underlying algorithms of any portion of the Site.
Frame or mirror any part of the Site without authorization.
Attempting to interfere with, compromise system integrity or security, or disrupt the proper working of the Site or servers.
Bypassing or circumventing any security controls, rate limiting, or access restrictions implemented on the Site.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Redistribution

5.1 Ownership: All content, analytics, algorithms, charts, graphics, text, icons, logos, and software on Sunfortzone are the exclusive property of Sunfortzone and/or its content providers, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Data Redistribution: Sunfortzone memberships do not grant rights for the commercial redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of our data or services in any format (online or offline). For commercial data licensing inquiries, please contact us directly.

5.3 Limited Citation & Embedding: You may share individual charts or short quotes/paragraphs from our articles on third-party websites or social media, provided that all charts/content are presented "As Is" without modification, and clear attribution is given with a direct clickable link back to www.sunfortzone.com.

6. Financial & Investment Disclaimer

8.2 Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunfortzone and its team members from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, or part of the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Taiwan Yilan District Court as the court of first instance.
